One last gorgeous picture of Mt. McKinkley. They told us that for 20 days prior to our arrival, they had not seen the mountain. We were so lucky!
Along the drive, we actually saw a moose! Too fast to grab a picture , but it was cool.
Did see the following set-up used to provide power to the train gates:
Power lines stop at Trapper Creek, and there is no more power until the town of Cantwell - but the RR crossings need power. Great engineering solution - combination of solar and wind, with diesel back-up!
And when we arrived - it was nice to see that the Moose are so well taken care of
